If you are like many leaders today, you probably have too much work to do, not enough resources to get everything done, and no time to develop staff. Stop trying to do all the work yourself, and learn how to coach and develop others to reach their greatest potential.
Transformational Coaching is a unique Coaching Program that delivers “state of the art” coaching tools and techniques to develop Extraordinary Leaders.
The top issues leaders are facing today are:
- The unbelievable fast pace of work. Technological innovations have resulted in the expectation of delivering faster, more effective results. We are working harder than ever and seem to be in a constant state of “catch up.”
- Everything is a priority. Organizations today seem to lack alignment—daily direction changes with few taking the time to stop and ask if the changes make sense.
- Needing team to perform at a higher level. You know you have talented people on your team, but somehow they are not performing at their best. They keep coming to you for answers, and pretty soon you are doing the work yourself.
- Lack of resources. With daily pressure to deliver, everyone in the organization is trying to do “more with less.” You are feeling stressed out, and your organization is showing signs of burnout.
- Leading change with courage. There have been acquisitions, down-sizing, right-sizing, lay-offs, hiring freezes, and mergers and somehow we are expected to boldly lead in a constant state of flux.
What leaders are hoping to do is engage the people around them in order to reach business objectives.
What leaders really want is to:
- Have a highly engaged team that is committed to achieving results–working on the right things at the right time, meeting their commitments, independently solving problems.
- Retain top talent and develop these star performers to where they are excited about their contributions and future possibilities.
- Start developing others to do the work in order to focus on what will drive the business through the next decade.
These objectives can be met by using the tools and techniques from the Transformational Coaching Workshop. Everything that is learned in the workshop can be applied immediately to any coaching situation, whether it is with your boss, your peers, your direct reports, or a trusted friend.

The Coaching Process – Individual Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions will begin with a personal interview, either over the phone or in person, where you and your coach will establish specific desired outcomes.
Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performance and enhance their professional experiences.
Coaches are trained to listen, observe, and customize their approach to the individual client. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client, providing support to complement the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.
Between scheduled coaching sessions, you may be asked to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your goals. The coach may provide additional resources in the form of relevant articles, checklists, assessments, or models to support the individual’s thinking and actions. These three sessions are a great way to “test drive” the coaching process for yourself or others in your organization.
The Coaching Clinic® – Internal Workshop
You can also request that The Coaching Clinic® be delivered within your organization or company. The advantages of an internal workshop are the ability to customize the workshop to fit the needs of your specific organization. This option may be especially practical if you are considering sending intact work teams or large parts of your organization through the Clinic.
