Leadership Transitions

This programs is also called Leadership Challenges depending on level of audience. We substitute a program called Transformational Coaching for our global clients.

This one-day workshop sets the framework for what leaders are dealing with today, creates awareness of the unique influence leaders have on the success of the organization, and prepares new leaders or transitioning leaders for a smooth transition to their new responsibilities.
